By completing this test, you are taking the first step in growing with us.

Here are the directions:

  1. The test has 50 questions that are randomly pulled from a pool of questions. Each time a new test is started the test questions are re-scrambled.

  2. All questions come from material in the E-learning program.

  3. You may use any materials you desire, however you may not have assistance from another person.

  4. You have 1 hour (60 minutes) to take the test. The test will expire at the end of 1 hour.

  5. Once you begin the test, you must take it all the way through. You may not restart it later.

  6. Each question is worth 2 points. You must achieve 80% to pass the test.

  7. You may retake the test if necessary. Each score will be sent to us.
